Drift on down December 12th And
Let's Get Sideways!!

Drive Your Street Car on the Track in the Snow! No Previous Experience Required!

WinterX (or “Wintercross”) is an entry-level form of motorsport that allows enthusiasts to get a little track time during the winter months, when most tracks are closed.

WinterX is like a mixture of our Wide Open Wednesday and Open Track Day programs. Cars are released one at a time on the 2.2-mile West Course. There will be no track preparation; whatever weather we’re presented with on that day is what drivers will have to deal with; snow, rain, ice, etc.

Unlike Wide Open Wednesday, there will be timing equipment set up for your reference and improvement, with two readouts available on the track, one in the pit lane and one at the finish line. Lap times will not be recorded, and no trophies or awards will be presented.

For 2018, WinterX will be a five-round series. Dates will be December 22, January 12, January 26, February 9 and February 23.

The same driver and vehicle eligibility requirements that apply Wide Open Wednesday will apply to Winter X. No previous racing or track-driving experience is required.
