Event Hostess / Coordinator

Fire & Rescue Personnel

Utah Motorsports Campus (UMC) an auto, motorcycle, off-road, and kart racing facility. Located in Tooele County, the 511-acre facility also offers a variety of racing and non-racing events, corporate events, rentals, and a variety of driving schools.

Fire & Rescue is one of the three components of the UMC Safety Team. Medical and corner worker staff make up the complete UMC Safety Team. UMC Fire & Rescue staff provides fire, rescue, and medical services to on-track incidents. They may be called upon to support any facility medical call and assist in staffing the medical center located on the facility. UMC is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to provide quality fire, rescue and medical care on-site for a variety of dynamic and demanding events. 

Job Skills & Qualifications: 

  • U.S. citizen
  • Valid Driver License, background check, and drug test
  • Fire certifications with IFSAC or a Pro Board seal is preferred
  • Utah licensed EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic certifications are a bonus, but not required

Job Summary: UMC is looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. A LOVE of people and customer service is a Must! Certification of Sips and Tips, as well as Food Handler’s, is required. You must be 21 years of age or older, able to run a till, and do a nightly inventory of alcohol. Our bartenders will know the laws and oversee that all are being followed. This job is for someone that enjoys meeting new people, being a leader, and strives for excellence in the “Customer Experience”.

Job Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

Track Corner Worker / Marshal 

The corner worker/marshal is responsible for an assigned area on our racetrack for events. They are responsible for observing and monitoring track conditions and are stationed at various points of turns around the racetrack to assist and communicate in case of collisions, accidents or track problems.
